Returns are accepted for a STORE CREDIT with Velvet Crown. Policy effective date 01/01/2019*
Please email us first, at Shopvelvetcrown@gmail.com. All returns must include the original invoice/packing slip, tags still attached and reason why it's being returned.
Returns must be sent back to our store within 14 days of receiving the item. (14 days from the deliver date). They are to be in new condition as they were when purchased. They must be UNWASHED and UNWORN, No Stains from makeup, perfume or deodorant , Free of any pet hair and any additional odors including smoke of any kind.
Customers are responsible for returned shipping cost.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds for Store Credit:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund for store credit will be processed within 5-7 Business Days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and only if they are still available. We suggest that you place a new order in the correct size, if still available. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
